Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost
- If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full fee will be charged
- Birth and medical emergencies can be unpredictable. Please let me know asap if you cannot attend your appointment
